2. Tipologie di dati trattati
- Dati di navigazione / log del server. I sistemi informatici del provider di hosting acquisiscono automaticamente alcuni dati la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli internet: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser (user-agent), data e ora della richiesta. Tali dati sono utilizzati per il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito e a fini statistici anonimi. Hosting: Serverplan S.r.l. (serverplan.com), server ubicati in Italia/UE.
- Dati forniti volontariamente. Se scegli di contattarci tramite i link email presenti sul sito, tratteremo l'indirizzo email e i contenuti del messaggio al solo scopo di rispondere alla tua richiesta.
3. Google Fonts
Il sito utilizza i caratteri tipografici "Google Fonts" caricati dai server di Google (fonts.googleapis.com e fonts.gstatic.com, gestiti da Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Al caricamento delle pagine, l'indirizzo IP del visitatore viene comunicato a Google, con possibile trasferimento verso Paesi extra-UE. La finalità è la corretta resa grafica del sito. Puoi limitare tale comunicazione bloccando le richieste esterne tramite le impostazioni del tuo browser.
4. Cookie e memoria locale
Questo sito non utilizza cookie né strumenti di analisi o tracciamento (es. Google Analytics, pixel, profilazione). Utilizza esclusivamente la memoria locale del browser (localStorage) per salvare le tue preferenze tecniche di tema (chiaro/scuro) e lingua. 5. Base giuridica del trattamento

6. Conservazione dei dati
I dati di log sono conservati secondo le policy del provider di hosting per il tempo strettamente necessario alle finalità sopra indicate. I dati di contatto sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e adempiere a eventuali obblighi di legge.
7. Diritti dell'interessato

2. Types of data processed
- Navigation data / server logs. The hosting provider's systems automatically collect certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of internet protocols: IP address, browser type (user-agent), date and time of the request. This data is used for the operation and security of the site and for anonymous statistical purposes. Hosting: Serverplan S.r.l. (serverplan.com), servers located in Italy/EU.
- Data provided voluntarily. If you choose to contact us via the email links on the site, we will process your email address and message content solely to reply to your request.
3. Google Fonts
The site uses "Google Fonts" typefaces loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, operated by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When pages load, the visitor's IP address is communicated to Google, with possible transfer to countries outside the EU. The purpose is the correct visual rendering of the site. You can limit this communication by blocking external requests via your browser settings.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, pixels, profiling). It only uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to save your technical preferences for theme (light/dark) and language. This is functional data, stored only on your device, not transmitted to any server and not linked to your identity: no consent is required for it.
5. Legal basis for processing
The processing of log data and the communication to Google Fonts are based on the controller's legitimate interest in the proper operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The processing of data sent voluntarily is based on responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
6. Data retention
Log data is retained according to the hosting provider's policies for the time strictly necessary for the purposes stated above. Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle your request and to comply with any legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction or object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can exercise these rights by writing to dm@artisanlab.it.
